Retainer Fee: The retainer fee is non-refundable.

Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session time. Any lateness exceeding 1 hour will result in the loss of the deposit.

Preparation Time: Please arrive with enough time to get dressed, as the booked time cannot be exceeded. If the session runs over the allotted time, the photographer reserves the right to charge for the additional time.

Child Sessions: If the session includes children, please ensure they are fed and well-rested before the session.

Photo Selection: Unedited photos will be sent via a link with a watermark for selection. Clients may not post unedited photos without the photographer's authorization.

Photo Selection Deadline: Clients must select their photos at least 4 days before delivery. Failure to comply may result in delayed delivery, unless otherwise instructed by the photographer.

Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the session, unless different instructions are provided by the photographer.

Agreement: By purchasing a time slot, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above and acknowledge your understanding of the package details.
